Terms & Conditions – Web Spanish Online
Thank you for choosing to register with Web Spanish. Before starting your Spanish online classes, it is important that you understand our school’s policies. Please read the following Terms & Conditions and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
The student may reschedule a class without penalty by notifying the Academic Coordinator at least 24 hours before the class is set to begin. Please note that any messages to reschedule need to reach us during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. GMT -5 hours). Classes that are not cancelled in time are billed for.
Paying for Online Spanish Lessons
Payment for online classes is due at least 24 hours before the beginning of the class. If we do not receive the student’s payment in time, his/her teacher will not be able to give the class.
Web Spanish Refunds Policy
Students who are dissatisfied with the trial class for any reason can apply for a 100% refund. If for any reason the student should decide not to continue with the Web Spanish program, he/she is entitled to an 80% refund on all untaken classes. The student is responsible for covering all payment transfer fees.
Web Spanish Campus
To maintain sign-in privilege the campus and multimedia resources, students commit to scheduling at least one class per six-month period. Students can reactivate dormant accounts by scheduling a class.
Web Spanish Study Materials
All course material is for Web Spanish students’ unique use. It must not be shared, sold or otherwise distributed to other students or companies.
Web Spanish cannot be responsible for breaks in communication arising from technical issues with the student’s computer or internet connection. In the event of a fault with our system the student’s teacher will arrange for him/her to be credited with extra time if necessary.
