The SIELE continues to increase its reach.
The Cervantes Institute is on the move again, signing new agreements with two institutions in order to bring them into the network of institutions that offer the SIELE exam to students who want to take this cutting edge placement exam.
The latest agreement is between the Cervantes Institute and the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon and the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education -both located in the Mexican city of Monterrey. Besides bringing both institutions into the SIELE fold as testing centers, the agreement also encompasses a wide range of cultural and educational activities, library support, and academic strengthening.
The director of the Cervantes Institute, Luis García Montero, signed the agreement last week in Monterrey, capital of the State of Nuevo León, during a working visit to Mexico. The partner signatory was the Vice Chancellor of Internationalization of the Technological Institute and Higher Education of Monterrey, José Manuel Páez Borrallo.
